The Hub 

So called because it is the central point of the farm where we all gather as a team to start our day and relax together at lunch and break times. The Hub is part of one of our old cattle sheds that was converted last year to be an indoor activity and classroom space. 

Here we host a variety of afternoon activities from pricking out seeds and potting up plants, to painting, collage and other artistic delights, woodwork and rural crafts which usually involve making something that can be used on the farm such as bird boxes, animal houses, bug hotels, miniature wattle fences to adorn our raised beds and much more. We also use the space to lay out produce that we have harvested together or foraged from the hedgerows and have enjoyed pressing our own apples and elder-flowers to make delicious juices and cordials
